1.Buyer fly down to Ghana for top table meeting
2.buyer and seller carry the gold to refinery (AA Minerals Refinery, Ear logistic Refinery, Italtec Refinery or Sovereign Commodities Refinery ) for assay report
3.buyer pays for the cost of the assay
4.the gold refinery issued the assay report
5.buyer pay to seller cash payment as soon as the refinery issues the assay report
6.seller transfers the ownership to buyer.
7.buyer becomes the owner of the gold
